Reach Subsea ASA has been awarded a three-year frame agreement with Equinor for work on the Norwegian continental shelf and internationally to 2026. The agreement covers the full spectrum of Reach Subsea services.

Reach Subsea ASA, a provider of subsea services globally, today announced that the Company has entered an agreement with Equinor Ventures AS to acquire OCTIO AS, a provider of monitoring solutions for hydrocarbon producing fields and CO2 storage reservoirs.

DeepOcean AS, (DeepOcean), has been awarded an EPCI contract for performing marine operations in connection with Repsol’s tieback of YME Beta North reservoir to existing facilities.

DeepOcean AS, a subsidiary of DeepOcean Group Holding BV (DeepOcean), has been awarded a significant contract for performing marine operations on Equinor’s Troll Phase 3 project in the North Sea.

Mr Mikaelsen was most recently Executive Vice President at Subsea7, and has 30 years of experience in the global subsea business holding various senior executive roles. Current DeepOcean interim CEO Ottar K. Mæland returns to his responsibilities as COO.
