Blue Abyss and Sonardyne Sign Memorandum of Understanding

Blue Abyss is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sonardyne International Ltd., a world leader in underwater navigation, positioning, and sensing technologies.




This MOU marks the beginning of a collaborative effort between Blue Abyss and Sonardyne to explore future commercial and partnership opportunities across the offshore energy, subsea technology, and maritime defence sectors. The agreement represents a shared intention to explore synergies across both organisations' capabilities and global partner networks.

Steve Martin, Commercial Director at Sonardyne, commented:

As such, this MOU confirms Sonardyne’s intention to continue to engage with Blue Abyss to explore potential collaborative, commercial, and partnership opportunities, that may result in agreements of mutual advantage between the parties."
