Requirements & Summary

Nauticus Robotics is actively seeking a Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization’s development and product implementation efforts.

Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities

Coordinate program schedule, resources and budget across multiple projects and project teams.
Provide executive level status and program updates.
Create systems to improve engineering team efficiency and remove work-flow blockers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, or related discipline required
Must have 3-5 years’ experience with common project management tools such as MS Project, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
Experience managing hardware and software engineering teams
Ability to speak understand technical details within engineering project
Familiar with Agile principles and processes
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
