Fugro serves up smart solutions with hot dogs at Offshore Europe

Fugro will be highlighting its specialist services and technology for the oil and gas industry in the exhibition halls at SPE Offshore Europe next month.

Showcasing its tools, solutions and innovations for offshore exploration and production, Fugro’s experts will be on hand to discuss its highly accurate dimensional control survey services as well as a range of meteorological and oceanographic services that cover a wide range of metocean parameters. Recent innovations will also be featured, including Fugro’s OARS™ virtual surveying system, which heralds a new wave of offshore monitoring operations and eliminates the need for an onboard surveyor.

The company’s subsea specialists will illustrate engineering and tooling solutions for the complex global upstream industry which include bespoke tooling design and manufacturing as well as field support services for operation, maintenance and refurbishment. With a special focus on decommissioning, the Fugro team will also highlight its environmental services, including drill cuttings pile assessment and associated analysis, which is carried out in Fugro’s own accredited laboratory facilities.

To complement its expert advice and recommendations, Fugro will be inviting visitors to enjoy refreshments and take part in a fun game on its stand (3D181) with prizes awarded each day. Hot dogs and fresh coffee will be among the daily distractions.
