Atlas expands its ROV, Diving and Inspection Team

Our ROV, Diving and Inspection team in Banbury (formerly SubservPro) has a long and distinguished track record in the provision of personnel for offshore projects. With this in mind, we have appointed Spencer Trouten as the new Business Manager for this business line. With this change, we enhance the experience level, offer new dimensions to our services and generate more focus on exceptional service delivery.



Understanding what our clients need
In our ROV team, there is a strong focus on providing knowledge based advice and support for clients and professionals alike. With Spencer Trouten, we managed to increase our level of knowledge within the team that consists of dedicated Account Managers with years of experience. This will result in a better understanding of the requests from both clients and professionals and enables us to further evolve the services on offer as we look to the future demands of the industry.

With Claire Freestone taking on a team leader role, this will enable her to focus on exceptional service delivery and speed of response, maximising opportunities for professionals and ensuring our clients get what they need, fast!

Experience, understanding and drive
With his extensive background in the industry spanning over 12 years, focusing on the Subsea Inspection sector, working for companies such as DOF Subsea, Oceaneering and Subsea7, Spencer will bring his experience, understanding and drive to Atlas.

Spencer stated: "With my experience from both the client and professionals perspectives, as well as understanding the needs and expectations of the clients combined with a greater empathy for the professionals, I believe I will be able to refine further the quality of personnel.
