UTILITY ROV Secures Moray East Windfarm Contract

Utility ROV Services (“URS”) has been contracted by Moray Offshore Windfarm (East) Limited (“Moray East”) to provide Boulder Relocation services on the Moray East Offshore Windfarm, located 22 Km from the coast of Scotland. Utility ROV are the latest local Scottish Contractor to be awarded a contract by Moray East on the Offshore windfarm development project, with work scheduled to commence in Q1 this year.

Greensea Appoints New Applications Engineer, Service Manager

Greensea, creator of OPENSEA®, the universal open software architecture for the marine industry, has recently announced the appointment of Regina Yopak as Applications Engineer, Service Manager. Regina comes to Greensea with extensive at-sea experience having spent several tours as Lead Navigator and Mapping Specialist on board E/V Nautilus for the Ocean Exploration Trust. In addition to her offshore experience, Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Environmental Science, and a Master of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
