Rovtech Solutions Ltd and Deepsea Solutions AS, have formed a Memorandum of Understanding to Formalise their Newest Business Venture

Deepsea Solutions AS, located just outside Stavanger in Norway, specialise in the sale, service and design of ROVs, ROV components, and subsea solutions. Deepsea Solutions works towards the whole subsea segment in Scandinavia and offers a broad range of standard and bespoke engineered products for subsea projects. They have a long record with developing ROV Solutions and optimizing tooling for the industry.




The new partnership will give Deepsea Solutions exclusive access throughout Scandinavia to the most up to date products including Rovtech’s newest range of ROVs, cameras, LED lighting, video recording systems, control systems and remote tooling. Deepsea Solutions will also have full access to Rovtech’s 3D design, modelling, animation capability supporting their innovation and product development department.

Rovtech Solutions, based in Barrow in Furness UK, suppliers of submersible and terrestrial remote inspection and remote intervention equipment, have an ambition to expand their customer base and require local representation in Scandinavia.

Magnus Lindberg, Head of Business and Technology, at Deepsea Solutions, and Graham McAvoy, Development Director at Rovtech Solutions, are pleased to have this agreement in place and plan to take their collaboration forward with the first of many innovative engineering solutions.
