Requirements & Summary

Responsibilities:
As a specialist in telecommunication protocol stack development for embedded and AIoT systems, you will lead the research and development of innovative real time multidomain AIoT network by leading a dedicated team.

Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Design functional and technical specifications requiring the implementation of distributed intelligence and AIoT architectures
- Design, manage and drive development plans using agile methodologies
- Design and implement modern routable protocol stacks for multidomain mesh network
- Design and integrate software for embedded systems, EDGE and FOG applications
- Identify and quantify the technical and scientific complexity of projects in order to assess the resources and timescales required for the development and deployment of embedded software
- Drafting and ensuring the technical documents required for the development and integration of IOT network
- Carry out the development, integration or implementation of applications
- Validate and characterize the performance of the solutions delivered by managing project deployment
- You will advise our partners and customers in your area of expertise

Profile:
You have an engineering degree and a PhD degree in embedded systems and telecommunications with a specialization in IoT. You have a strong experience of managing development, deployment and integration projects for IoT and AIoT applications on Edge and low-resource, low-power embedded architectures.

Skills:
- Mastery of the formalism, methods and techniques inherent in the development of critical code
- Mastery of models, development and integration tools and platforms for embedded systems (IAR, Eclipse, ARM cross-compilers (GCC), Debugger, etc.)
- Tools network Modelization (MATLAB, GNS3, OMNeT++ …)
- Signal processing and associated modulation scheme implementation in embedded systems
- Proven experience of development on embedded ARM or DSPs platforms (ARM Cortex Mxx …)
- Mastery of preemptive RTOS kernels and associated requirements for critical task management using modern architectures (Vectorized interrupt, uDMA, Bootloaders…).
- Proven experience in AIoT integration in EDGE, FOG and CLOUD ecosystems (MQTT, Webservices…)
- Solid knowledge of mesh networks topologies and system requirements as well as all ISO/OSI layer protocols and their integration in low power electronic systems
- Knowledge in AI implementation
- You are familiar with unified architectures and industrial standards such as OPC-UA
- Knowledge of IoT development and flow management systems and environments (NodeRED, etc.)
- Fluency in English (>C1)
- Languages: C, C++, Python, HTML,

Annual Salary: 700 000 NOK- 1 000 000 NOK/year depending on experience
