Requirements & Summary
Forever Oceans is looking for a skilled Program Manager to support the delivery of innovative offshore aquafarms. You will be joining a highly-motivated, multi-disciplinary team focused on revolutionizing the way fish is produced. Successful candidates will have extensive experience executing ocean studies and managing large-scale open-ocean infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the development and deployment of ocean infrastructure products.
Support large-scale, strategic initiatives with a significant number of dependencies.
Help identify new tools, processes, and reporting to help the team scale.
Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to identify key requirements and deliver innovative solutions for our international teams.
Liaise with 3rd parties and ensure on-time delivery of 3rd party deliverables.
Coordinate, execute, and review international surveys and ocean studies.
Manage schedule, budget, and key risks across multiple complex projects.
Up to 50% international travel
Desired Experience:
Bachelors degree in marine or mechanical engineering or a related field from an accredited college, university or maritime academy; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience equal to ten (10) years.
Extensive technical knowledge of deep water offshore moorings, naval architecture, shipbuilding, construction management, metocean studies.
PMP Certification or relevant work experience
Ability to work with remote/international teams; Spanish language skills are a plus!
