Orange will build a new cable ship through its subsidiary Orange Marine

Orange Marine, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orange, will build a new cable ship that will be even more efficient and with a reduced environmental footprint. It will be the first cable ship of her generation specially designed for the maintenance of submarine cables, both fiber optic telecommunication cables and inter-array power cables used in offshore windfarms.

Maersk Drilling Secures One-well Contract for Low-emission Rig from OMV

Maersk Drilling has been awarded a one-well contract from OMV (Norge) AS for the low-emission jack-up rig Maersk Integrator. In direct continuation of its previously announced work scope, the rig will drill one exploration well in the Ommadawn prospect in PL 970 offshore Norway.

On the November 24 th , 2020, the Spanish Maritime Safety and Rescue Society, also known as SASEMAR or “Salvamento Marítimo”, in cooperation with ACSM, the Spanish provider of subsea services, have successfully recovered the wreckage of a light aircraft Piper PA-34 Seneca, which fell into the Mediterranean Sea, off the coast of delta de l'Ebre, close to Tarragona in Spain, at a water depth of 113 metres.
